Two siblings, one ONE year old, and lots of watermelon {Baby portraits}

“I, who have no sisters or brothers, look with some degree of innocent envy on those who may be said to be born to friends.” ~James Boswell

I always look forward to seeing this crew.  There are three young children and each has grown into their personality in such a distinctive way.   The middle child, Keaton, turns his charm on the minute I arrive.  He asks for photos of himself, loves positive reinforcement, and seems to understand that he has special smile power.  Little Kellen is just figuring things out.  He is smiling and definitely crawling but an occasional face plant surprising anyone at this point.  Paige, the oldest, is slower to trust (which I totally respect) and clearly smart and insightful.  By the end of our sessions, she is the one helping me along and making sure her brothers hold it together.

This session was a mid summer treat.  The goal was to capture Kellen as a one year old, show some sibling interactions, and enjoy the thing that can define a summer in my book… watermelon!
