At first, these two were not sure why they were here.  Dressed so cute, on such a nice day.  Then, they got a taste of cake.  One ate mostly standing, the other took advantage of her seated position to grab bites from both cake varieties.  Because it was a twosome I opted against a fancy cake display and went with plastic heart plates.  It worked!  They were happy and we did not have to worry about a cake disaster or broken plate.  It was as good as a smash cake session can get and I was thrilled to be a part of it, on such a nice Friday afternoon in February.
